JEROME DIZON
CO-FOUNDER
Mr. Dizon is a senior business executive with extensive experience mobilizing global support teams from various countries for multi-million and Fortune 100 companies in the legal technical consulting and renewable energy sectors. Jerome maintains dual citizenship between the United States and the Philippines. He is an avid golfer and bleeds orange – “Hook-em!”
FERDINAND ANDRES
CO-FOUNDER
Over the last 20 years, Mr. Andres has established a reputation as a highly respected and experienced professional consultant in the legal industry. He has also founded several successful business ventures in the commercial real estate and document management sectors. Ferdinand is an American-born Filipino raised in Houston, Texas but currently resides in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. He loves to travel – especially to the Philippines.
GAIL PEREZ
PRESIDENT
Ms. Perez oversees all operations in Manila. She earned her Business Management degree from the prominent De La Salle University. Her vast leadership experience with multi-national companies, stemming from franchising, construction, marketing, and real estate industries, allows her to address any situation with poised fortitude. Gail was born and raised in Manila and is a mother of three beautiful girls and a fur mom of four playful pups.
CHRIS TRINIDAD

Chris is a seasoned manager with 20 years of experience leading teams and streamlining processes in the business and eDiscovery space. Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in client relationship management, service delivery, and integrating various workflows for businesses of all sizes. Chris is a naturally sociable person and enjoys building connections with a wide range of people. In her personal time, Chris enjoys exploring the diverse landscapes and tourist destinations in the US and Philippines.
ARNEE MAULEON
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ms. Mauleon was born and raised in the Philippines. She emigrated to the US with her siblings during her teenage years. While attending the University of Minnesota, she discovered her passion in Finance and Account Management. Arnee’s professional career spans across startup companies to large Fortune 500 companies and currently manages the overall operations in servicing our Fortune 100 clients. Outside the office, Ms. Mauleon loves to cook and bake. Her pastries are as sweet as her demeanor.
DEANNA PRATS
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ms. Prats oversees the Client Services division within MOXI Global. After graduating Cum Laude from the prestigious De La Salle University in Manila, Deanna began her career in eDiscovery. For the last four years, her focus has been dedicated to eDiscovery workflow and technology, managing client expectations as well as mentoring young professionals. Deanna’s expertise and experience is the backbone of our Client Services team. Ms. Prats finds balance through art and reading. She is a fan of the National Geographic Society, museums and pop culture.
CHERRY JANE RIOS
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ms. Rios maintains over 15 years of project management experience with an array of international businesses. Cherry graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her attention to detail and awareness of project related SOPs elevates her customer service expectations to the highest level. Ms. Cherry ensures MOXI Global’s service delivery is second to none. To decompress, Ms. Rios loves to travel and is an avid diver.
ERVIN SANCHEZ
ASSOC. MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Sanchez earned his BS in Information Technology in 2015. Since then, Ervin has dedicated his career to the eDiscovery industry. In the past seven years, he has become an expert in data processing and hosting, productions and issue identification and resolution. Not only is Ervin well versed in LAW, Relativity, NUIX and Concordance, he is also proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL. Despite Mr. Sanchez’ busy schedule, he always finds time to cook, read or just relax listening to music.
KATHLEEN SANTIAGO
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ms. Santiago holds a degree from the esteemed University of Santo Tomas and is proficient in multiple languages. Kathleen has been a Project Manager in eDiscovery for five years. She a certified Relativity
Administrator (RCA) and a Relativity Master designation. Kathleen leads the continuing education and advanced certification initiatives for MOXI Global’s eDiscovery division. Kathleen’s unwavering pride and dedication to her profession is an example for others to follow. When Ms. Santiago is not immersed in eDiscovery platforms, she is lost within her favorite novel or glued to the latest Korean drama.
MOISES UNISA
ASSOC. MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Unisa has been a Project Manager in the eDiscovery industry for the past five years. Moises was a four-time Dean’s Lister as well as a two-time President’s Lister while obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Moises applies his technical acumen to every aspect of the EDRM workflow. Paring his intelligence with his patience and logical thinking has propelled him to a position of leadership. Mr. Unisa balances his busy work schedule with cycling rides through the cities and mountain sides of the Philippines and frequenting coffee shops along the way.
