MOXI Hosts Seminar to Strengthen Team Collaboration & Success
In an effort to strengthen teamwork and align expectations across its diverse departments, MOXI Global, bespoke solutions provider of efficient client support services, hosted a comprehensive seminar led by its managers and directors last April 2023.
The seminar, part of a larger team-building initiative, focused on equipping employees with the skills necessary for personal and professional growth. With topics centered around work ethics, confidence-building, teamwork, and communication, the event underscored MOXI’s commitment to fostering a more cohesive and effective remote team.
The Four Pillars of a Successful Remote Team
MOXI recognizes that in the evolving remote work environment, employees need a strong foundation of values to ensure both individual and organizational success. The seminar highlighted the following key pillars:
- Work Ethics – Discussed by Project Management and Benefits Team
Strong work ethics lead to increased productivity, growth opportunities, and a respectful workplace. In a remote work setup, self-discipline and accountability are crucial for maintaining consistent productivity. Even without physical supervision, strong work ethics ensure that team members remain reliable and committed to delivering efficient and accurate results.
2. Work Ethics – Discussed by Operations Team
Strong work ethics lead to increased productivity, growth opportunities, and a respectful workplace. In a remote work setup, self-discipline and accountability are crucial for maintaining consistent productivity. Even without physical supervision, strong work ethics ensure that team members remain reliable and committed to delivering efficient and accurate results.
3. Teamwork – Discussed by Finance Team
Whether it’s remote or office work set up, collaboration is essential. Nathalia, Manager of MOXI’s Finance team, highlighted the importance of teamwork, saying, “There are different roles, but we share one goal and one responsibility. Every team member plays an important role in achieving the team’s goal.” This spirit of unity and shared responsibility helps mitigate the isolation often felt by remote workers and ensures everyone delivers high-quality output.
4. Communication – Discussed by EnergyTeam
Clear and frequent communication is the glue that holds remote teams together. During the seminar, it was emphasized that good communication practices are essential to avoid misunderstandings, keep everyone informed, and streamline operations. Iren, a member of the Energy team, reinforced this by saying, “Sticking to the SLA is essential.
to maintain strong client relationships, uphold the company’s reputation, and ensure long-term success.”
In between discussions, 15-minute group activities were also done to keep the fun going during the Seminar.

SLAs define the standards of service delivery, and MOXI’s management team reminded everyone of the critical role they play to meet client expectations.
